WITS Service Offerings
IT Fundamentals Package – 10 Hours Support for $500/month ($50/hour)
- Intended for small businesses seeking high-quality IT support for ad-hoc and “break/fix” support
- Remote support for the following:
- On-premises (i.e., at your office/home/home office) Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop support
- Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud support
- Linux server and desktop system administration, troubleshooting, and basic setup

- Core Cybersecurity support and network assessments
- After-hours support available to minimize business day disruptions
- These plans require a free consultation to establish scope of support in a documented WITS Service Agreement (WSA).
- As good as WITS is, we are going to be honest with you (now and at all times in our partnership) that some IT issues are going to require more than 10 hours a month to resolve.
- If you already have or we encounter an issue that is outside the scope of this plan, WITS is still ready to help. Please consider the Project-Based Plan below for discounted hourly rates .
- Additional hours can be purchased for augmented support as needed (rates vary based on support needed)
Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Offering designed for small-to-large organizations seeking unlimited support
- Per user pricing: $150 per user per month (example: 15 users at $150/month = $2,250.00 per month) plus materials (licenses, software, hardware, etc.)
